Collection is the initial fulfilment mode; delivery appears only after zones and commercial rules have been verified and enabled.
Collection
Collect from 27A London Road, Alderley Edge, SK9 7JT at the confirmed slot. Times are estimates and may move for food quality or kitchen safety. Bring the order number; the restaurant may request identity for high-value orders.
Delivery
Delivery is hidden when disabled. When enabled, coverage, minimum spend, fees and free-delivery thresholds are validated server-side from configured postcode zones. The customer must provide a reachable UK number, complete address and safe access instructions.
Capacity and closures
Available slots account for service hours, exceptional closures, preparation lead time, order and item capacity, and temporary holds for online payment. Prime Fire may pause new orders while continuing to manage accepted orders.
