These initial terms govern use of the website, online ordering and reservation requests.

Website and menu

Menu descriptions, availability and prices may change. The server validates every item, option, discount and total at checkout; a stale browser price does not create a right to purchase at that value. All amounts are GBP and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise.

Orders

An order request is not accepted until Prime Fire confirms it. The initial service supports payment at collection only. We may reject an order because of availability, capacity, safety concerns or an obvious pricing error.

Allergies

You must tell us about allergies before ordering. Online notes do not replace speaking to the restaurant for a serious allergy. Products may be prepared in a shared kitchen; only verified structured allergen declarations should be relied upon.

BYOB and conduct

Guests may bring their own wine or beer. Corkage is £4 per bottle of wine and £1 per bottle of beer. Guests must follow licensing, age and house rules confirmed by the restaurant.
